Closer to Nature Terms and Conditions

The hosts will be grateful for your cooperation in complying with these Terms and Conditions:

1. The hotel day lasts from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
2. Quiet hours at Bliżej Natury are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following day.
3. Breakfast is served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. upon prior arrangement with the hosts and payment of a fee of PLN 50 per person.
4. Bicycles and cross-country skis can be rented at Bliżej Natury for an additional fee of PLN 10 per hour or PLN 35 per day.
5. Guests are required to pay the full amount for their stay on the day of arrival.
6. Bliżej Natury provides services in accordance with its standards.
7. Bliżej Natury undertakes to ensure:

– conditions for the uninterrupted rest of guests;

– confidentiality regarding guests.

8. No more guests than specified in the booking may be registered in a given cottage.
9. Only our guests may stay at Bliżej Natury; the stay of third parties must be agreed with the hosts.
10. Bliżej Natury guests are responsible for any damage or destruction of property caused by them or their visitors and are required to cover the costs of such damage.
11. Responsibility for the consequences of accidents occurring on the premises of Bliżej Natury lies directly with the injured person or their legal guardian.
12. When leaving the room, guests should check that the door is locked. The loss of a key will incur a charge of PLN 100. Guests may not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which they have paid for their stay has not expired.
13. Children under the age of 12 should be under the constant supervision of their legal guardians at Bliżej Natury. Legal guardians are responsible for the safety of children and for any damage caused by children.
14. Bliżej Natury accepts small pets by prior arrangement, at a price of PLN 25 per day.
15. For group stays (e.g. training, sports, artistic, etc.), it is necessary to conclude a contract in advance regarding the details of the service ordered.
16. For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use electric heaters, gas burners and other such devices that are not provided in the cottage. This does not apply to phone chargers and computer power supplies.
17. It is forbidden to move the cottage equipment to another building.
18. Guests may light a bonfire only after prior agreement with the Hosts.

– The fee for a bonfire is PLN 150.

19. Items left behind by Guests will be sent to the address provided.
20. At the end of your stay, the keys to the cottages must be returned to the hosts, after washing the dishes and taking out and sorting the rubbish.
21. Smoking, barbecuing and storing bicycles are strictly prohibited in the buildings and on the terraces of Bliżej Natury. We have designated areas outside the buildings for smokers. Bicycles are stored in bicycle racks outside.
22. During your stay, we do not enter the cottages occupied by our guests. If you would like your cottage to be cleaned or your towels changed, please contact us.
23. Our guests can use the Wi-Fi internet free of charge on the premises of Bliżej Natury:

24. The regulations form an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by paying a deposit or after receiving the keys. By making a payment or collecting the keys, Guests confirm that they have read and accept the terms and conditions. The Terms and Conditions apply to all Guests staying at Closer to Nature.
